UK Delivery Information

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Once your parcel has been dispatched from Aurelle & Co HQ, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number via email. This allows you to track your order and manage your delivery preferences directly through Royal Mail’s system. You can track your parcel here.

All of our products are stocked in the UK, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. However, during periods of high demand—particularly during promotions—some items may temporarily go out of stock. In these rare instances, we will contact you directly to advise of any delays and provide an updated estimated delivery timeframe.

UK Standard Delivery

£2.95 or FREE when you spend £60 or more

Our standard delivery option will arrive with you in 3-5 working days.

UK Express Next Day Delivery

£4.95 Order before 12pm Monday - Thursday

We understand that timely delivery is often essential, and we will make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt.

International Delivery Information

Can take up to 10 working days, depending on where your order is being despatched to. We use a variety of different shipping companies, and you can track your order easily here.

Please read carefully below for the different methods we offer to different locations worldwide.

Standard European Delivery

£9.95 (Includes Republic of Ireland) - cost varies by location and is calculated at checkout. (3-7 Working Days)

We are pleased to confirm that following the UK’s departure from the European Union, we have been working hard to adapt our processes to enable us to continue offering cost effective European delivery method. You will now be able to continue to pay the price shown on our website, with no additional costs incurred on arrival of your order with you. Your shipping cost and and taxes paid at checkout will cover any import duties, meaning you can shop with us without the worry of paying any form of import duties. You can order with confidence knowing that your Syster Jewellery item(s) will be delivered to you as normal.

Please note we will not be refunding any taxes, VAT or handling fees when ordering with us as a European Union customer.

We use a selected local carrier for all our international orders, and this is calculated at checkout, according to the address/location you use during checkout.

United States and Canada Delivery

£9.95 - (3-7 Working Days)

When ordering and selecting USA & Canada Delivery, you (the buyer) are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. which are required by your country for importing consumer goods. Syster Jewellery do not collect this in the purchase or checkout process, and we cannot therefore give you an estimate of the cost. These vary from country to country.

Before purchasing, please check with your local postal or customs office to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, or additional costs. and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be.

It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing an order with Syster Jewellery. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

We use DHL for all our international orders, and this is calculated at checkout, according to the address/location you use during checkout. Please allow this timeframe prior to contacting our customer care team. Any issues you have we will be more than happy to assist you with.

Rest Of The World International Delivery

£9.95 - (7-10 Working Days)
